They say that all children love space and dinosaurs but obviously I never grew out of that phase... They also say that you're supposed to work with something that you like and that you're good at and for me, that's just what I'm trying to do.
My name is Katja Lindblom. I'm an artist, astronomer and open for business. Whether you want scientific or fictional illustrations, you have certainly come to the right place!
Who I am and what I do
To put it short, I’m a person with a life long love for astronomy, art and science fiction (and prehistoric creatures) who is lucky enough to get to work with all of these subjects (except the prehistoric creatures, sadly enough).
As an artist I specialise in cover art and illustrations for books but I have also worked with comics publishers as well as created scientific and pedagogic illustrations for magazines. I am as experienced using traditional media such as for example pens, pencils and paints on paper and canvas, as when it comes to digital drawing and colouring.
